We recently finished our 6 Week weight-loss program. Nine local members aged between their late thirties and mid-fifties participated, with fantastic results! 

All were currently exercising and knew what food they should eat but wanted to lose a few kilograms that had crept on.   

In the first week, everyone completed our special science-based assessment that uses observable characteristics to determine precisely their best training and diet. From the second to the fifth week, they followed progressively more strict diets while participating in specially designed group fitness classes. 

It is common for people to fail to lose weight due to bad advice, but even with great advice, sticking to diets is still tricky. So our caring coaches checked in with members each week to help support them. 

We saw excellent results completing the final measurements in week 6. Participants lost an average of 3.2kg each! 

Prizes were awarded to the male and female who lost the most weight. The male winner was Glen, who lost a massive 8.4kg. Kathleen was the female winner, losing 6.3kg.
