The San 6 week lifestyle challenge is designed to help you get your exercise and nutrition on track to achieve your goals in 2019. During the challenge we will educate you about the latest research as well as motivating and supporting you in making positive lifestyle changes.
San Training Centre is a full time centre in Beerwah. We have an awesome community of members and using the latest scientific methods for our training.
All our classes and information are personalised based on genetics and ph360 body types.

What to Expect During The Challenge?
Training - During the challenge you can train at any of our 16 classes.
Education - Each week during the challenge we will be addressing a different area of healthy living and will focus on sharing information that is relevant for different body types. Topics covered will include exercise, nutrition, stress, hormonal rhythms and sleep.
Motivation - Each week has challenges and actionable steps to improve your health. We will work with you through challenges you may come up against.
Support - You will be accountable to our trainers who expect you to complete an online weekly review. We will monitor your progress and support you with any difficulties that you might have, as well as having a private Facebook group for our challenge participant community.
